Appearing on CITY MATTERS on Monday , city manager Mike Bailey fielded a panel inlcuding Adams Golf Course Pro Jerry Benedict, Human Resources Director Laura Sanders, and Engineering Director Michah Siemers.
 
Although Sooner Pool is closed for the season, it got some use recently to test out the new water slides. City manager Mike Bailey said city employees were invited to a special day at the pool over the weekend. Bailey said it was a good idea to provide a special day for the workers and a great day to test out the new water slides. Bailey said the slides are incredible and he can't wait for families to enjoy them next year.
 
Bartlesville is in a drought, but city manager Mike Bailey says we are faring better than most communties when it comes to water supply. Bailey credits the proactive approach by the city along with the legislative done by Senator James Inhofe, Senator Julie Daniels and others to all the city to get water from Copan and Hullah Lakes as well as the Caney River.
