City of Bartlesville Planning Commission Public Hearings

The City of Bartlesville Planning Commission will hold their regular meeting tomorrow, September 27 at 5:30 pm at City Hall, 401 South Johnstone Avenue.

On the agenda are three rezoning applications:

The first is a public hearing on an application submitted by Jim Beach of Wallace Design Collective on behalf of the Delaware Tribe of Indians for approval to change the zoning of approximately 78 acres north of Tuxedo and west of Madison Boulevard.

A second public hearing will be on an application from Jim Swezey of Swezey Realty Services to rezone the Lots of 23 and 24 at 102 & 106 Southwest Kaw Avenue.

The third public hearing is on three applications from Tanner Consulting, LLC on behalf of Dr Horton-Texas LTD for a lesser front setback at property located at Bison & Nowata Roads near Highway 60 and three amendments on plats in Foxtail Villas, near 3117 Southeast Stonewall Drive, and at 3022 Southeast Talbot Circle.

There will also be a workshop on Continuing Education & Training after the cases are heard.
