Bedlam Won't Pack Usual Punch
In college football over the weekend, had a split Saturday in the state.
Oklahoma State narrowly avoided a three-game losing streak. OK-State came from behind to top Iowa State in Stillwater, 20-14. The Pokes needed a surprise appearance from quarterback Spencer Sanders in-order to get the win.
Sanders, who is injured entered after starting QB freshman Gunner Gundy struggled. He orchestrated the game-winning touchdown drive.
Then up by six, the Cowboy defense won it on fourth down inside its own territory.
Oklahoma State is 7-3. The Pokes are back in the top-25 at No. 24 in the country in the AP Poll.

After looking good early, Oklahoma is still trying to get bowl eligible.
The Sooners lost at West Virginia, 23-20. OU managed only eight points in the second half. Sooners are 2-5 in Big 12 play. The loss clinches the Sooner's first losing season in the Big 12 since 1998.
Bedlam up next for both those teams.
OU opens as a 6.5-point favorite at 6:30 on Saturday night in Norman.
