Bartlesville High baseball begins its final District series of the spring on Monday night, as the Bruins will travel to Stillwater.

BHS will also host the Pioneers downtown on Tuesday evening.

The two-game set will be vital to the final standings in 6A-4, with playoff positioning on the line. Stillwater is the team directly ahead of the Bruins in third place in the District.

Bartlesville is 7-5 while Stillwater is 9-3. BHS has won six of its last seven, including an 8-0 win over NOAH on Saturday.

Bartlesville has been tinkering with pitching and working on its depth heading into the postseason. Head coach Cody Price says down the stretch of the year he wants his guys to work on staying focused on every pitch.

BHS is 19-8 overall. It will be a 6:00 first pitch from Stillwater on Monday evening and a game we will carry for you on KWON – AM 1400 and FM 93.3.

You can also live stream the contest on KWONTV.com.
