Huskies Overcome In Controversial Game

Pawhuska would make the trip to Fairfax to take on rival Woodland and would come away with the sweep. 

The Lady Huskies would throttle Woodland winning 59-17. Hannah Reynolds would outscore the Lady Cougars with her 21 points. 

Pawhuska improves to 18-3 this season winning its last 10 of 11. 

The Guy’s game had more twist turns and loops than a roller coaster with the Huskies prevailing in overtime 57-52. 

Starting in the break between the first and second quarters, two points were taken away from the Huskies that was nearly costly in the end. The two teams would trade the lead back and forth all game. 

PHS would find itself down by three with ten seconds left when Canyon Hindman would beat the buzzer to send the game into overtime. 

Noah Wilson would score the first seven points for Pawhuska forcing Woodland into a hole it could not climb out of. 

Connor Easley would lead the way with 17 points.

The Huskies improve to 9-11 winning its last three games and are getting right at the right time. 

Pawhuska is back in action Friday Night for Senior Night against Dewey.
