Week No. 3 of the high school football playoffs on Friday night across the state of Oklahoma, and there is only one team left in Osage, Washington or Nowata Counties.

Pawhuska continues to roll through the Class A postseason. The Huskies got a blowout win in the quarterfinals last night, as Pawhuska blew out Elmore City-Pernell, 47-0.

The game was over almost as soon as it started. Pawhuska scored back-to-back touchdowns midway through the first to make it 15-0 early.

The first Husky score came on a Todd Drummond keeper on goal-to-go from the one.

The game was effectively over early in the second after Mason Gilkey scored on a 30-yard pick-6. The route was on.

The score was 40-0 Pawhuska at halftime. It ended at 47-0 after a John Reed scoop and score put a cherry on top in the second half.

Pawhuska next moves on to the Class A semifinals to face its old foe in Cashion. That game will be on Friday at a neutral site to be determined by the OSSAA .

Cashion is the team that knocked Pawhuska out in the semis a year ago.
