Fast, Fresh and Fabulous with Chef Hilary

Join for Fast, Fresh and Fabulous with Chef Hilary on Thursday, noon, at the Bartlesville Public Library. Chef Hilary will demonstrate how to make an Orchard Feast of roast pork loin with apples and apple butter pan sauce, mashed butternut squash, and pear and frangipane brioche tarts. There will be samples at the end of the class. This healthy cooking class is free and open to the public. No registration is required.
