A Bartlesville man made his second appearance in court this week on the pending charges of aggravated assault and battery with a dangerous weapon. Robert McGlothen is accused of stabbing the victim on the 1600 block of SW Elm. According to an affidavit, an officer interviewed three separate witnesses that were in the area when the incident occurred.

Every witness stated that McGlothen stabbed the victim, and one told police that the victim was stabbed on the left side of his body. They also told police that McGlothen dropped the weapon in a trashcan South of the residence.  McGlothen is currently being held over on a $100,000 bond while the victim is recovering in a Tulsa Hospital.

The charges are pending in this case and McGlothen will be seen in court again on Friday, Sep. 8^th.
