The Bartlesville Redevelopment Trust Authority will meet Friday afternoon to makes some minor amendments that could facilitate the development of Buffalo Roam Studios at the former First Christian Church property in downtown Bartlesville.

The BRTA will discuss and take possible action to pass several resolutions that will amend the terms of two Tax Increment Financing Districts and their corresponding project plans. The minor amendments allow for language and boundary extensions of the two TIF Districts for the Buffalo Roam Studios project.

Trustees will also discuss and possibly approve a term sheet between the city of Bartlesville, the BRTA and Buffalo Roam for two incentives for the development of the project. The term sheet outlines what will need to be completed for Buffalo Roam to receive $1 million from the city’s economic development fund and $1 million in tax increment funding from the BRTA.

The meeting begins at 3 p.m. on Friday in the Council Chambers of Bartlesville City Hall, 401 S. Johnstone Ave. The meeting is open to the public.
