UPDATE: Two Arrests Made in Saturday Shooting

UPDATE: 11/27/2023 12:50 p.m. — Two arrests have been made in a shooting incident on Saturday in Bartlesville.

Bartlesville Police Chief Kevin Ickleberry says a 15-year-old male was arrested on charges of shooting with intent to kill and possession of a firearm while committing a felony. Ickleberry says 46-year-old Caleb William Casey, who is the father of the suspect and the owner of the residence in the 2300 block of Windsor Way, was arrested on the charge of felon in possession of a firearm after former conviction.

According to police, at approximately 3:21 p.m. on Saturday, BPD was notified of a gunshot victim seeking help at an Urgent Care Center located in the 3500 block of Frank Phillips Boulevard in Bartlesville.

BPD officers responded to the scene and confirmed there was an adult male gunshot victim. The victim was transferred to a Tulsa hospital, where he was later taken into surgery due to a gunshot wound to the face. He is listed in stable condition at this time.

 
Detectives served a search warrant on a residence in the 2300 block of Windsor Way and located a weapon that was possibly used in the shooting, along with multiple other weapons and possible illegal narcotics. Multiple long guns and handguns were recovered from within the residence.
 
Casey appeared in Washington County Court on Monday with two counts of possession of a firearm after previous felony conviction. He has posted a $25,000 bond and is set to return to court on Dec. 15.

A juvenile suspect has been arrested in the shooting of an adult male on Bartlesville's south side on Saturday.

Bartlesville Police Capt. Daniel Elkins said the shooting incident happened near the same home on Windsor Way as the break-in last month involving several armed teens.

According to Elkins, an adult male was injured in the incident. Elkins added that a teenage female was also shot at while in a car but not injured.

In a release from BPD Police Chief Kevin Ickleberry, at approximately 3:21 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 25, Bartlesville Police Department was notified of a gunshot victim seeking help at an urgent care center in the 3500 block of Frank Phillips Boulevard in Bartlesville.

BPD officers responded to the urgent care center and confirmed an adult male received a gunshot wound. The victim was transported to a Tulsa hospital and is in an unknown condition.

No names have been released at this time.
