Hillcrest Country Club, Bartlesville Police Seeking Information on Vandalism

Nathan Thompson
Hillcrest Country Club is seeking information on vandalism at the golf course that occurred early Wednesday morning.
Hillcrest General Manager Nathan Johnson has more.
The vehicle is a white minivan. Johnson says after the vehicle drove over the 18th hole, it stopped near the exit of the country club and removed the cover on the license plate before driving off the property.
Johnson says the damage is not severe, but it is still frustrating that someone would do that.
Additionally, Bartlesville Police say a minivan matching the same description appears to be involved with additional property damage in the Covington Park neighborhood.
In a news release, Police Chief Kevin Ickleberry says they have identified a white van as a vehicle of interest and the investigation is ongoing. Ickleberry says they are asking residents in the affected areas to review home security video and doorbell camera footage.
Anyone with relevant video, photos or information is encouraged to contact the Bartlesville Police Department at 918-338-4001.
This is a developing story. Stay tuned for updates.
