Bartlesville Volleyball 2-0 to Begin Year

What a great start for Bartlesville High volleyball, as the Lady Bruins have begun the 2024 season 2-0 after two big wins in a tri on Monday in Sand Springs.

BHS swept both Enid and Sand Springs in three straight sets, 3-0.

Emry Brown was the star of the evening. She had 24 kills on 41 swings with zero errors. Both Marrisa Demuth and Rya Christianson tallied nine and 12 kills respectively, as well.

Serving was a major positive for BHS in the sweep. The Bruins had 26 aces over two games with both Ellie Benson and Hayden Brandon getting seven apiece.

Bartlesville is right back after it at Union on Tuesday with a match beginning at 6:30.
