Bartlesville Volleyball Surges in Claremore
What a weekend it was for Bartlesville High volleyball, as the Bruins went 5-1 during play at the Claremore Tournament this past weekend.
BHS earned wins over Claremore, Collinsville, Sapulpa, Will Rogers and Pryor.
The five wins pushes Bartlesville to five games above .500 at 15-10 on the year. Two Bruins were named to the all-tournament team during the event. Kelsey Ward and Emery Brown both received the honors. Those two have carried Bartlesville at times this year.
Head coach Jen Ward says Brown has a chance to be the next Bartlesville volleyball star.
Bartlesville will have a tough schedule at the end of the regular season. BHS will be in the Southmoore Festival late this week. Then has regular season matches against Union and Owasso.
