Copan Hosts Welch for Scrimmage

Copan also hosting a scrimmage on Friday evening. The Hornets will host Welch in northern Washington County.

Big storyline for Copan is all the returners. All but two guys are back off last year’s playoff team, including a large junior class. Most of those juniors were on hand during this past Saturday’s Coach’s Breakfast broadcast.

Head coach Marshall Foreman says those guys are key to the program’s success.

Copan begins the season at Midway next week. More on that contest and the scrimmage against Welch next week.
