The Doenges Ford Indians had a tough end to their time in the Katzer tournament as they fell to Three Rivers, 10-0 in a run rule affair. Eric Olenberger got the start on the mound for the first time this summer and retired the first five batters he faced and made it through two innings unscathed.

The wheels would fall off in the third, as the Bandits got eight hits in the third inning that produced seven runs to take the huge lead. Luke Fox though had the highlight of the day, as the fifth-year Indian robbed a would be two-run homerun.

The loss would put a bow on the Indians time in Fort Smith, Arkansas as they finished with a 2-2 record to move their summer record to 6-2.

The Indians will be back this Friday, Saturday, and Sunday with double headers each day at Bill Doenges Memorial Stadium.
