Oklahoma Wesleyan men's basketball saw their season come to a close in the round of 16 in the NAIA national tournament on Friday night.

The Eagles fell to the Langston Lions in their first game in Kansas City, 56-55.

The Eagles put together another successful season this year. It was the second time in three seasons that OKWU has won 30 games in a season and the second time in three seasons that they lost less than five games in a single season.

OKWU did this with only three seniors and 10 underclassmen. Head coach Donnie Bostwick talks about the growth of his younger players.

The Eagles lose three seniors off this year's team. Amari Woods, Daniel Oluwasuyi and Blake Hamblin. Late in the season, Hamblin stepped up and became a regular starter. Oluwasuyi played a role at the rim and Woods shined with his outside shot and athletic ability.

Bostwick talks about the seniors.

Oklahoma Wesleyan closed out the 2025-26 season with an overall record of 30-4.
