OK-State Still in Weird QB Spot

Oklahoma State interim head football coach Doug Meacham took to the podium on Monday to talk about the Pokes 1-6 start to the season.
OK-State fired head coach Mike Gundy after a loss to Tulsa and hasn’t come particularly close to a win since. The Cowboys are also down to their third string quarterback after the top two guys on the depth chart were injured in Hauss Henjy and Zane Flores.
Auburn wide receiver transfer Sam Jackson V has taken over at QB. He was a quarterback during earlier stops in his college career. Although he has not lit the world on fire passing the ball, Meacham says he is doing well considering the circumstances.
Cowboys are 38.5-point underdogs at Texas Tech for their next game at 3:00 this Saturday afternoon in a game we will have on KWON.
More from OU head coach Brent Venables tomorrow after his weekly presser this afternoon.
