The Oklahoma Wesleyan Lady Softball crew is bouncing after two run-rule wins over McPherson at 11-3 and 9-1. The Lady Eagles bounced back with four-straight wins after going 2-2 at the Hosea Bell Red Dirt Classic in OKC.

For game one of the day, McPherson jumped out to an early 3-0 lead in the top of the 2nd inning, before the Eagles came screeching back to the tune of 11-runs in innings 3, 4, and 5. Baylee Knorr led the Lady Eagles in the hits department going 4-4 with 1 rbi, while Lindy Alexander went 3-for-4 with 6 rbi’s off a triple, double and a single.

Game two was much different as the Lady Eagles got up early 8-1 and finished the run rule by adding their final run in the bottom of the fourth inning.  Lady Eagles move to 18-4 and are now 2-0 in conference play. OKWU will hit the diamond again on Saturday for a doubleheader against Kansas Wesleyan.
