OU Baseball Heads to Supers with Dramatic Win
OU baseball is headed back to the NCAA Super Regionals, and the Sooners will go to an old conference foe with a trip to Omaha on the line.
With their back against the wall OU baseball won two games at Georgia Tech to stun the Yellow Jackets in their Regional final.
Yesterday afternoon was a heroic walk-off home run to center field that won it from Dayton Tockey – 8-7 Sooners win the Regional.
Here was the game-winning call from Toby Rowland.
The win moves OU to the final 16 in college baseball. The Sooners will go to Kansas for a best-of-three Super Regional in Lawerence.
KU is in its first-ever Super Regional after the Jayhawks won their own first-round event over Arkansas on Sunday.
