Panthers Looking for Revenge Against WCS
The Barnsdall Panthers have gotten off to another great start in 2023 after getting a 52-6 win over Summit Christian Academy on Friday. Up next for the Panthers is a homecoming game against Wesleyan School, a road game that Barnsdall lost by a single point last year. Barnsdall Coach Kylee Sweeney says he has been waiting for the rematch.
Wesleyan Christian School is in a bit of the same predicament that Barnsdall is in, as Mustang quarterback Tyrel Cloud is out for an undetermined amount of time due to injury. Despite that, Sweeney says the Mustangs have plenty of talent to step up in his absence.
Homecoming festivities begin at 6:30 p.m. with a 7 p.m. kickoff. On Friday from Panther Stadium in Barnsdall.
