Wright Talks US Grant on Coaches Show
Bartlesville High head football coach Harry Wright joined KWON on Wednesday night for his weekly radio show, as coach Wright previewed a matchup with US Grant on Friday and talked about a big win over Booker T. Washington last week.
With the win over the Hornets, Bartlesville owns its own destiny in the east side of 6A-II. So, despite the tough 0-3 start to begin the year, Wright says he likes where his team stands heading into the midway point of the 2023 season.
After the 0-3 start the victory was welcome in more ways than one. Bruin starting center Jr. Earnhart joined the program last night and said the win has helped Bartlesville’s outlook during the first part of the season.
